If you were supplied with a FedEx billable stamp shipping label inside your kit, please drop off your completed and packaged DNA sample at your nearest FedEx location:

Important Instructions

• Please do not drop off your package at a FedEx if you have a USPS label, and vice versa, otherwise your parcel will get lost.

• Please use the packaging supplied in your 3X4 Kit and follow the instructions provided on how to pack your return, as these are based on regulations on the shipping of biological samples ("Exempt Human Specimen"). You can login to your account to get packing instructions again by scanning the QR code provided in your kit, or you can visit our help page.

• The shipping labels provided can only be used within the United States.
