Update your app
Make sure you're on the newest version of the 3X4 Health app from the App Store or Google Play. Activity only appears on the latest version.

Update your report
Inside the app you'll be prompted to update your report. Your in-app genetics and PDF report regenerate together as one update, so you do it once and Activity is there to explore.

Is this really free?
Yes. If you're an existing 3X4 customer, Activity is completely free, with no new test to take and no payment. Just update your app and your report and the new category is there.
Why do I need to update my app and my report?
Activity is brand-new content, so it isn't already in your existing app version or report. Updating your app makes the category available, and updating your report adds your personalized Activity content. The two update together, so they always match.
Will Activity tell me whether I'm "good" or "bad" at exercise?
No. Genetics don't work that way, and we don't frame results that way. Each pathway tells you what your genetics contribute within that area of movement, which is the honest, accurate way to read it.
What's the difference between a pathway result and a gene result?
Your pathway result reflects all the genes that shape that area together. A gene result zooms in on a single gene: your variant, your genotype, and what that one piece contributes.
Is Activity in my PDF report too, or just the app?
Both. Activity appears in the app's Genetics tab and in your downloadable PDF report. Gene-Level Insights is an interactive layer that lives in the app.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Both features live inside the same secure 3X4 Health experience as the rest of your results. Your genetic information is yours, and we treat it that way.
