How to get your report in the app
Takes under a minute
Step 1Go to My 3X4 and tap the new My Report tile.
Step 2You'll see a preview of your report and a Download My Report button.
Step 3Confirm it's you with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.
Step 4Your report is ready to save, print, or share.

Your genetic data is some of the most personal information you'll ever own, and we've designed every step of this experience to protect it.
App-only access
The report can only be generated and downloaded from inside the 3X4 Health app.
Biometric confirmation
Every download is gated by Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode, so only you can generate your report.
A clear privacy notice
Both the app and the PDF cover remind you not to share your report with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. These tools may store or process anything pasted into them, and your genetic data deserves better.
Questions, answered
Where do I download my report?
In the 3X4 Health app: My 3X4 → My Report → Download My Report.
Why do I need to confirm my identity?
Your report contains sensitive genetic information that's unique to you. Biometric authentication makes sure only you can download it.
I can't see the My Report tile.
The tile only appears once your genetic results are unlocked.
Is the PDF the same as what I see in the app?
Yes. Your Summary Plan, Cellular Booster, System Optimizer, all your pathway results, and your gene-level detail.
Does the PDF include my raw genetic data?
No. It includes your pathway results and gene-level detail (gene name, variant, genotype), the same as the app. Your raw genetic data file isn't part of it.
Why shouldn't I paste my results into an AI chatbot?
Tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini may store or process anything you paste in, which can expose your data in ways outside your control.
Is the PDF available on the website?
No. You can only generate and download it in the 3X4 Health app.
